This coffee is a peaberry. A natural mutation where one small, round bean develops in the cherry instead of two.  It often creates a more "concentrated," sweeter flavor.

This particular coffee tastes best when roasted on the light to medium side, resulting in a creamy body. It's delicious, as both drip or espresso,
